Sex racket busted in Haryana’s Gurugram, Uzbek national held
A sex racket being run at a flat of Ireao Corridors, Sector 67A in Gurugram was busted and a woman from Uzbekistan living here illegally was arrested, police said on Wednesday.
There has been a lot of speculations and discussion already how casting couch dwells in the entertainment industry. While we deal with the bizarre tradition, another shocker has come our way. A sex racket operated by Indian couple involving a Tollywood actress has been busted in Chicago, US.

The Telugu couple, Modugumudi Kishan and Chandra have been arrested for luring Tollywood actress into prostitution.

Telegu actress Sri Reddy, who made headlines for opposing the prevailing casting, revealed that she was approached by the couple. Sri Reddy said, “Even I was approached. They have coordinators in Hyderabad. When people do not get offers here in the industry, they go to the US where they are lured into prostitution.”
“They will arrange visa and everything else for you. Artistes are paid anything between $1000 and $10,000, depending on their popularity,” she further added.

According to a report in DNA, three actresses from the industry have been interrogated at the airport regarding the prostitution ring running in the US. A source disclosed to the daily, “After the arrest of the couple — film producer Mogudumidi Kishan and his wife Chandra — operating a sex racket, the US police have gathered the names and details of all Tollywood actresses who were in touch with them. When they found these three actresses in touch with the couple through messages/mails and were frequent travellers to the US — the authorities called them in for questioning for nearly six hours.”
