Over the weekend, Tej Pratap Yadav made a move on Twitter, that no longer exists. He jumped on the platform to call for support for Elvish Yadav as the grand finale of something is just around the corner. In the tweet, which has since vanished, Yadav put up a poster of Elvish and dropped a line: “Support #Elvishyadav #voteforelvish #ElvishIsTheBoss @ElvishYadav @BiggBoss.”
But what followed was a bit of a stir from all directions, and Tej Pratap chose to whisk away the tweet.

Whether Tej Pratap Yadav, the Forest and Environment Minister for Bihar, is into the buzz of Bigg Boss OTT 2 isn’t quite clear, but he took it upon himself to nudge folks towards casting a vote for Elvish via this distinct poster. The poster sports a bunch of Elvish snapshots and sneaks in a wee picture of Tej Pratap Yadav on the side. And along with that, the poster gives a shout-out, “Elvish Yadav I support you, vote for Elvish Yadav.”
The showdown for the Bigg Boss OTT 2 trophy is set for August 14th, featuring a tussle among five finalists. One of them happens to be Manisha Rani, hailing from Bihar’s Munger district.
But here’s the twist before the climax: Abhishek Malhan, another finalist, found himself in the hospital, as confirmed by his sister.
Adding to the mix, Bihar BJP’s spokesperson, Nikhil Anand, has joined the chorus, urging people to cast their votes in favor of Elvis Yadav. He rolled out a video via a tweet.
In the spotlight prize-wise, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 champ will bag a cool Rs 25 lakh this time around. Plus, the victor doesn’t just take home the trophy, they’ll also score a lifelong bounty of groceries, on the house.
