Farhan Akhtar’s ‘120 Bahadur’ gets a release date
Farhan Akhtar’s '120 Bahadur' brings the heroic Battle of Rezang La to life. A tribute to courage and sacrifice, releasing in late 2025.
Bollywood songwriter Javed Akhtar has sparked a debate by opposing the use of loudspeakers in mosques. Last year, singer Sonu Nigam faced a backlash for voicing his opinion on the same issue.
Sonu Nigam had raised objection against Azaan in one of his tweets, calling it ‘forced religiousness’. This action led the people to slam him on the social media and religious groups. Thereafter, Syed Sha Atef Ali Al Quaderi of the West Bengal Minority Council issued a fatwa against the Sonu Nigam, claiming “whosoever gets the singer bald will receive a reward of Rs 10 lakh.”
