Ranbir Kapoor on reuniting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for ‘Love And War’
Ranbir Kapoor teams up with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 17 years for 'Love And War', alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
The most awaited films of 2018, Sanju‘s trailer was released a few days back and got rave reviews from both masses and critics. Based on the life of Sanjay Dutt, Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju showcases the various facets of the yesteryear actor’s life which will be played by Ranbir Kapoor. The film traces the journey of Sanjay Dutt’s life right from his youth to the present.
Director Rajkumar Hirani took to his social media to announce the first song from Sanju titled Badhiya, which is all set to release tomorrow (May 3). In the first song Badhiya, we would see Sanju lip-syncing to a woman’s voice.
He gave us the glimpse of the hook line of the song in the picture which reads, Main Badhiya, Tu Bhi Badhiya and the picture feature Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor in a jolly mood.

As seen in the trailer Sonam Kapoor is playing the role of Sanju’s girlfriend and will feature in the first song of the film. The song will be an ode to the yesteryear 80s era featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor dressed in the retro attire, giving us nostalgic feels of the 80s.
The poster introducing Sonam Kapoor had earlier given glimpses of the song, featuring the couple in the retro period. The trailer of Sanju has been receiving tremendous appreciation owing to the gripping storyline along with Ranbir Kapoor’s realistic performance. The audience and critics couldn’t stop raving about the striking resemblance of the actor to Sanjay Dutt.
Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film will also star an ensemble cast in addition to Ranbir Kapoor which includes Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor and Dia Mirza amongst others.
Produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios. ‘Sanju’ is all set to be released on 29th June 2018.
