‘Bajirao Mastani’ turns 9: Ranveer Singh’s most iconic role ever!
Celebrating 9 years of 'Bajirao Mastani', a cinematic masterpiece starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Priyanka Chopra, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The annual Mijwan fashion extravaganza, which was scheduled to be held on April 9, has been postponed. The show was supposed to reunite Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone on stage as they were to walk the ramp for ace celebrity designer Manish Malhotra. But that’s not happening anytime soon.
The show has been temporarily postponed as Ranbir is reportedly ill. As per the latest buzz, Ranbir Kapoor has been diagnosed with typhoid. Ranbir was on a very strict and special diet to build his physique for the superhero role in Ayan Mukherjee’s Bramhastra.

Now the doctors have asked the actor to have a complete bed rest until he recovers. Moreover, he has been asked to tone down his workout sessions and not to do any vigorous exercise. Doctors have also advised him to skip the fashion show where he is the showstopper.

According to a DNA report, Deepika has taken ill too.
The news was shared by the spokesperson of Mijwan and then the news was shared on the Instagram handle. The post read as, “We regret to inform you that the Mijwan Fashion Show scheduled in Mumbai at the Grand Hyatt on 9th April 2018 has been postponed by a week or so. Both are show stoppers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have taken ill and we are waiting for them to recover. We will inform you as soon as a new date is finalised. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and hope you will bear with us.”
On the work front, Ranbir is currently busy with Brahmastra, his next project with Ayan Mukherji. Deepika is currently reading scripts.
