Ranbir Kapoor was recently slammed by netizens as well as fans over a statement in which he talked about his working ideas with Pakistani actors. Ranbir recently worked in a Brahmastrã made an elegant arrival at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. At this event, the actor talked about movies, parenting, and work in general.
In an interview for a film festival, Ranbir said, “Now that we have a platform like Saudi Arabia where we can jointly do films, I would love to sign you for a film.” This was in response to the question of whether he would be interested in working on a Pakistani film or with a Pakistani director. “I believe there are no restrictions for artists, especially for the arts,” he continued.

Congratulating the Pakistani film industry for the success of the October release of “The Legend of Maula Jatt,” which starred Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan. It is one of the biggest hits we have witnessed in the recent years, Ranbir continued.

His admirers were offended by this statement, and once the video went viral, he was mercilessly criticized by internet users who even referred to him as “anti-national.”
Ranbir Kapoor will soon be seen in Luv Ranjan’s next romantic entertainer, co-starring Shraddha Kapoor. Speaking about the same, he shared, “I don’t know it is probably going to be one of the last romantic comedies I do because I am getting older.”
