Darjeeling MP seeks Helicopter service to boost tourism
Darjeeling MP Raju Bista met with civil aviation minister Ram Mohan Naidu to discuss the ongoing Bagdogra Airport expansion project.
Rajat Barmecha, who was best known for his lead role in the film ‘Udaan’ in 2010, will now be seen in an upcoming web series.
The 29-year-old actor will play the role of a celebrity in the show, which also hints towards a taboo subject, in a quirky but hilarious way. The name of the series hasn’t been decided yet.

Discussing about the series, the Udaan actor said, “Once I heard the narration, I was convinced that this story will not only be super entertaining but super relatable.”

“We had a lot of fun shooting for this series as all of us have encountered some or the other issues showcased in the series…Though I cannot reveal a lot about the plot at this point, audiences will soon find out about our story themselves,” he said.
The series will be run on soon-to-be-launched OTT platform.
