PM Modi calls on Advani to greet him on his 97th birthday
Prime Minister Narendra Modi called on former deputy prime minister and veteran BJP leader L K Advani to greet him on his 97th birthday, here on Friday.
Krishna was admitted to the hospital on Monday after suffering a Mild cardiac arrest and today he breathed his last after succumbing to respiratory issues and multi-organ failure at 2 am.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled the death of veteran Telugu actor Ghattamnaneni Siva Rama Krishna Murthy, who passed away at the age of 80 on Tuesday.
“Krishna Garu was a legendary superstar, who won the hearts of people through his versatile acting and lively personality. His demise is a colossal loss to the world of cinema and entertainment. In this sad hour, my thoughts are with @urstrulyMahesh and his entire family,” Modi tweeted.

Ghattamnaneni Siva Rama Krishna Murthy aka Krishna is also the father to popular Tollywood actor Mahesh Babu.
This year has been very hard for Mahesh Babu as he lost his brother Ramesh Babu in January, and mother in September, and now his superstar father Krishna Ghattamaneni.
Some of his well-known films are ‘Alluri Seetharama Raju’, ‘Mosagallaku Mosagadu’, and ‘Gudachari 116’ among others.
