Wamiqa Gabbi in talks to join Ranveer Singh in superhero film
Reports suggest that Wamiqa Gabbi is the top contender for the role of the female lead in Ranveer Singh’s ‘Shaktimaan’-inspired film.
Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh started shooting for their forthcoming Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, recently and were spotted shooting for the film at a suburban slum pocket in Mumbai.
Ranveer and Alia were snapped on the sets and their looks were shared by their fans on social media platforms.

In pictures, Alia is seen wearing a simple blue kurta with churidar and hijaab, while Ranveer is dressed casually in a grey-blue shirt and faded jeans with messy hair.
The movie bankrolled by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment is about the lives of street rappers of Mumbai chawls.
Gully Boy is inspired by the lives of two rappers Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naved Shaikh aka Naezy.
This is the first movie of both actors together. Ranveer Singh has already worked with Zoya Akhtar in Dil Dhadakne Do.
Apart from this, Alia Bhatt upcoming projects, include Raazi and Shuddhi, while Ranveer Singh’s most talked about film Padmavat is releasing on 25th January.
