Recounting an incident where he was asked for a VHS of his work, only to be told later that there was no VCR player to view it, he reflects on the challenges of the industry. “It was their signal of asking for a Video player as a gift from me,” he reveals.

Acting wasn’t always Jais’s first choice. In a time when it wasn’t a mainstream career option, he had backup plans, including aspirations of becoming a lecturer, a lieutenant, or a journalist. Despite these uncertainties, he pursued his passion for acting, eventually making his mark in Mumbai’s competitive entertainment scene.
Reflecting on his journey, Jais acknowledges the stereotypes that sometimes exist within the industry, particularly regarding actors transitioning from television to film. However, he remains undeterred, determined to continue pursuing roles that allow him to showcase his talents fully.
