Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati has released the second song of the film. Titled Ek Dil Ek Jaan, the song showcases silent love between the royals, Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and Rani Padmini.
Ek Dil Ek Jaan takes you on a journey of the royals that depicts the elegant and admirable relationship of the Rajputs.

From the lyrics to the picturisation of the song, everything is just perfectly synched with Shahid and Deepika’s onscreen chemistry. Just like the royal couple, who is in awe of each other in the song, seems like the fans are also in complete awe of the actors for the beautiful song.
The purity of their relationship is very well picturised with Deepika as the support of pillar in her king’s life, and Shahid as the fearless yet loving Rajput king.
The song also reminds us of Bhansali’s previous song Laal Ishq from Goliyon ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, which featured Deepika and Ranveer Singh.
Padmavati stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles.
Directed by Sanajy Leela Bhansali. The film will release on December 1.
Deva is not just ingeniously scripted, constantly throwing surprises at us and not for shock value or to prevent our attention from going to the phone; it is also technically par excellence. Amit Roy’s camera captures Mumbai in all its toasted-brown glory, traversing lanes and roads with no fear of crowd feuding.
Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, in a candid conversation on the latest episode of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, shared her journey with depression and emphasised the critical importance of seeking help while dismantling the societal stigma surrounding mental health.
Pariksha Pe Charcha is an annual interactive session where Prime Minister Narendra Modi engages with students, parents, and teachers on managing exam stress.
