Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Padmaavat, starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh will become the first Indian film to release in IMAX 3D, an achievement which has never been accomplished before in India.

After much controversy and trouble from Kerni Sena and other fringe groups who claims that the film has distorted historical facts, the film is finally getting its worldwide release on January 25. The film was earlier titled as Padmavati but after certain modifications from the CBFC, the film’s title was changed to Padmaavat.
