The 91st annual academy awards are here. Nominations have been announced as Oscars 2019 are all set to honour films released over the previous year.

The major highlight of the Oscars 2019 nominations list are the films, A Star Is Born and Vice, which dominate it earning eight apiece, besides Roma and The Favourite that are leading with 10 nods apiece.

The announcement of the Oscar nominations took place at the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater, with Kumail Nanjiani and Tracee Ellis Ross hosting the show.

Oscars 2019: Where to watch

The 91st Academy Awards function will take place at Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, Los Angeles, on Sunday, February 24. And the show will be telecast live on ABC.
