“What happens is that a lot of people decide not to go to a theatre sometimes because they have heard a review. Very often in some of the films I have done, the reviews have not been so great or the audience has not had the chance to see it in the theatre, because it runs out fast,” Purab said in a statement.

“But when it (the film) comes on TV is when I start getting messages about how good the film is or how they enjoyed watching it,” he added.
Purab was last seen onscreen in “Noor”, which will have its TV premiere on Sony MAX on Friday.
“‘Noor’ is a great film, especially for an urban audience. It will be quite interesting to watch. It’s a good character to make the story on and it’s got good twists and turns,” Purab said.
Featuing Sonakshi Sinha in the title role, “Noor”, which released earlier this year, is based on Pakistani novel “Karachi, You’re Killing Me!”
