Varun Dhawan: Bollywood needs new voices, artists from across India
Bollywood star Varun Dhawan, who is gearing up for his upcoming film ‘Baby John’, has spoken about what needs to change in the Hindi film industry.
Varun Dhawan’s October has completed the third week at the box office and has collected Rs 45.36-crore.
Despite multiple new releases and the mega release of Avengers: Infinity War the film has been doing a decent business at the box office and is now among the highest grossing Hindi films of 2018.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, October earned a decent amount of Rs 2.97-crore in its third week taking the total collections of the film to Rs 45.36-crore.

Owing to its positive word of mouth October has surely impressed fans and critics with the storyline and Varun’s performance of the lead character has also been appreciated by everyone.
After the conclusion of its third week at the box office October is now among the highest grossing Hindi films of 2018. The other films are as follows
Padmaavat: Rs 300.57-crore
Baaghi 2: Rs 190.20-crore
Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety: Rs 108.76-crore
Raid: Rs 102.45-crore
Pad Man: Rs 78.80-crore
Hichki: Rs 48.12-crore
October: Rs 45.36-crore
Pari: Rs 35.09-crore
Aiyaary: Rs 29.66-crore
Blackmail: Rs 22.10-crore
While this may not be Varun’s best box office score as compared to his previous films it surely has fetched him with rave reviews from critics and fans alike.
Interestingly, the fourth week is the most crucial week for October as it will decided the film’s lifetime business at the box office.
Whether the film crosses the Rs 50-crore mark or not is yet to be determined but it will interesting to see how the film keeps up with the pace at the box office with major competition at the box office from films like Omerta, 102 Not Out and Avengers 3.
