Workshop on PESA Act in Ranchi tomorrow
The Jharkhand government is organizing a workshop in Ranchi on Tuesday with the aim of disseminating awareness about the Provisions of the Panchayats (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) Act, 1996 (PESA Act).
Vishal Dadlani, the fellow judge and singer, also praised the contestant for his ‘saaf dil’ which he thought reflected in his voice.

One of the contestants named Diwas from Jharkhand shared that he was unable to celebrate Diwali for the last 6 years as he was constantly working in a factory and heard the sound of distant crackers.

Diwas also mentioned that he was praised by ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and had received a lot of support from his family.

His emotional recounting moved Neha to an extent that she said she would gift him Rs 1 Lakh to celebrate Diwali with family, confirmed a Pinkvilla report.
She also asked Diwas to get himself a plane ticket and get his family’s new clothes and sweets.
