Nargis Fakhri reveals how ‘Rockstar’ was a turning point in her life
On the 13th anniversary of her debut film “Rockstar”, Nargis Fakhri reflected on how the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer became a turning point in her career.
Nargis Fakhri who marked her Bollywood debut in Rockstar opposite Ranbir Kapoor is all set to mark her comeback. She will be playing the lead role in a horror film titled, Amavas.
The film is directed by Bhushan Patel, who has earlier made horror flicks 1920: Evil Returns (2012), Ragini MMS 2 (2014) and Alone (2015). Nargis will be seen opposite Sachiin Joshi. Nargis on Wednesday shared a picture, in which she and Sachiin are having a discussion with director Patel.
The film recently went on the floors and they have a start-to-finish 35-day schedule in London. Nargis even shared her picture with caption — “shoot dairies”.
She was last seen in Banjo (2016) and this is the first time she will be seen in a lead role. Her upcoming film Amavas will be released later this year.
