Miley Cyrus sued for allegedly plagiarising Bruno Mars for her Grammy-winning track
Miley Cyrus is being accused of copying Bruno Mars’ hit track ‘When I Was Your Man’ for her Grammy-winning hit ‘Flowers.’
Singer Miley Cyrus does not regret her Wrecking Ball days but says she is no longer the person she was when she made the video.
The 2013 video featured Cyrus licking a sledgehammer while swinging on a wrecking ball naked.

“I should be grateful every … day for that song, and I am,” Cyrus, 24, said in an interview to NME Magazine.

“I think people look at things that they’ve done and there is this sense of shame, or ‘I wish I wouldn’t have done that’ not because I’m naked, by the way. It’s because I feel like I’m in a deeper songwriting place.”
The singer feels she has outgrown the song.
“Lyrically, I’m less impressed with that song right now.
I feel like it doesn’t reflect who I am now, but that’s fine because it’s not supposed to. I’m sure I’ll say the same thing about this record at some point.”
Cyrus’ new album Younger Now is out on September 29.
