So, the story goes like this, fashion designer Manish Malhotra shared a picture of Karan and wished him on his 46th birthday. He wrote, “Happy happy birthday my dearest bestest friend @karanjohar have a wonderful year ahead. 25 years of friendship and working together..and many more years to come and may you keep making the most wonderful films and keep being the spirited person that you are #karanjohar #friendship #friendslikefamily #Bff @mmalhotraworld.”

A fan took to the comments and wrote, “You guys are the cutest couple.” Malhotra happened to like the comment and that was assumed as a confirmation of their relationship.

However, there is nothing brewing between them as the designer reveals. When Indiatimes asked Manish about the rumours, he said, “It’s just ridiculous,” adding, “Karan is like a brother to me.”
