Kartik Aaryan lied to bag ‘Chandu Champion’; ‘1.5 mins cost me 1.5 years’
Kartik Aaryan reveals he lied to Kabir Khan to bag the film 'Chandu Champion.' The 1.5 minutes cost the actor 1.5 years.
Apart from Karthik and Kriti, the film also stars Aparshakti Khurana and Pankaj Tripathi.
The makers of the forthcoming 2019 film Luka Chuppi, starring Kriti Sanon and Karthik Aaryan, have revealed a release date. Kriti will romance Kartik in the film directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan.
On Tuesday, Kriti took to social media to share the first official poster of the film and also the release date. She wrote, “Ab no more hide and seek!! Mark your calendars guys! #LukaChuppi to hit the screens on March 1, 2019. @TheAaryanKartik Produced by #DineshVijan. Directed by Laxman Utekar”

Dinesh Vijan of Stree fame earlier spoke to Mumbai Mirror about the project. He said, “Kartik Aaryan plays the star reporter of a local TV channel in Mathura while Kriti plays a Mathura girl who had gone to Delhi to study and now is back in her hometown.”

On the other hand, Kartik also took to his handle and share the poster.

Apart from Karthik and Kriti, the film also stars Aparshakti Khurana and Pankaj Tripathi.
The film will be produced under the banner of Maddock Films and is helmed by Laxman Utekar, who was the director of photography in films including Irrfan Khan’s Hindi Medium. Luka Chuppi will going to be his Bollywood debut as a director.
