Kalank, one of the most anticipated films of 2019, is a multi-starrer film helmed by Karan Johar. The film stars Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sonakshi Sinha.
On Saturday, Alia took to her Instagram stories, where she shared videos with the crew of the film captioning it as “And it’s a wrap! ‘Kalank’.”

In the dance video, the Gully Boy actor is seen dressed up in a brown lehenga paired with a red dupatta, sporting long wavy hair and some jewellery while grooving to a traditional Rajasthani dance amid a troupe of other female dancers.
In another picture, Alia is dressed as a bride in a bright red lehenga, complete with bridal jewellery and kaleere. Here is the video and picture.

Sharing the picture with Varun Dhawan the actress wrote, “& it’s a film wrap for Varun on KALANK.. Our 4th film completed together and he still manages to surprise me with his hard work and crazy energy everyday.. Also manages to make me laugh like a crazy person by just being himself.. I can’t can’t can’t wait for you guys to see the stuff he’s done with his character in the film!!!! #KALANK.”
On Sunday, Dear Zindagi actress shared a picture of a warm hug with director Abhishek Varman and actor Aditya Roy Kapur.
“KALANK has wrapped but the heart is still wide open!! For those who understand it and for those who don’t.. when you wrap a film it feels like a part of you just combusts.. especially when you’ve worked with your friends and family.. Crossing our fingers and toes for the journey ahead.. Cant wait for you guys to see the visuals. ” she wrote.
Kalank is a period drama set in the 1940s and is scheduled to hit the theatres on 19 April.
