While the entire world is busy with the celebrations of Halloween, Ekta Kapoor is in a celebratory mood for some other reason.

TV’s Czarina took to Instagram to wish her parents Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor a Happy 43rd wedding anniversary. She posted an adorable picture of Jeetendra planting a peck on his wife’s cheek and mentioned about their “runaway marriage” in the caption.

Veteran actor Jeetendra was in love with Shobha Kapoor since a young age. It was at the age of 14 when Shobha met the actor. She completed her studies and went on to becoming an air hoestess. The two had been in a relationship for many years. From his days of struggle to achieving fame, Jeetendra was in love with his lady.

However, it was after the movie Bidaai when the two decided to get hitched. Their marriage was a small affair with just few friends and family in presence.

The couple has two kids, daughter Ekta Kapoor who runs balaji Telefilms and son Tusshar Kapoor, who is a Bollywood actor and was last seen in Golmaal Again.
