Filmmaker and TV mogul Ekta Kapoor hosted a special screening of ALTBalaji’s upcoming web series Home last evening. Various prominent personalities from the television and film industry graced the screening with their presence.

Along with Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor, Annu Kapoor, Supriya and Sachin Pilgaokar, Rakesh Roshan, Sanjay Kapoor, Kanchi Kaul, Shabir Ahluwalia,  Karan Patel, Aly Goni, Vikas Gupta, Shefali Zariwala, Parag Tyagi, Aahana Kumra, Sakshi Tanwar, Rajesh Khattar, Vandana Sajnani, Karan Kundra, Surbhi Jyoti, Heena Khan, Ali Asgar to name a few where present at the screening.

It was a star-studded night and everyone present was in complete awe of the content.

Home dwells upon the story of a family struggling to fight for their home stuck in the corrupt hands of the builders. Habib Faisal who presented the story of a middle-class family with his debut film ‘Do Dooni Chaar’ explored the genre yet again. Home features actors like Annu Kapoor, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Amol Parashar and Parikshit Sahani in pivotal roles.

The series is sure to resonate with every Indian who dreams to have their own shelter and is loosely based on the true events revolving around the story about a housing society where families lost their homes due to misconduct of the builder.

The 12 episode show will be streaming on the ALTBalaji app and the website from 29th August.
