Preity Zinta on 20 years of ‘Veer Zaara’: “This film taught me selfless love”
'Veer Zaara' tells the story of an Indian Air Force pilot and a Pakistani woman whose love defies borders and prejudice.
Photo-sharing platform Instagram has come up with an interesting feature, a question sticker, which was launched on 10 July. Since it’s Instagram where celebrities are most active than on any other medium, the ‘ask me questions’ feature gets instant traction if used by them.
Many celebrities have been sharing questions asked by fans on Instagram Stories. From Mira Rajput to Trishala Dutt to Shah Rukh Khan, they usually respond to every question asked by fans.

On Wednesday night (July 25), actress Ileana D’Cruz took to her Instagram Stories, where she interacted with her fans over a question-and-answer session.
However, one of the ‘fans’ asked a rather humiliating question as he asked if Ileana had ever received any flak for her “awkward body type”. The actress decided gave it back to the body shamer. Ileana replied: “Firstly, I don’t have an ‘awkward’ body type. Nobody does. Secondly, I have been criticised for by my body type. But I am trying to learn to love myself for who I am and not try to conform to someone else’s ideals.”
Another awkward question was also about why she chose a foreigner as a husband, to which she was quick to reply saying she saw heart, not colour.
Ileana beautifully explained how everybody deserved to be loved and respected. Time and again the actress spoke about how she has been body shamed and criticized for her body type. Weeks back the actress shared a picture with an empowering message.
