SRK refused to play second fiddle to Leonardo DiCaprio in canned Martin Scorsese film
Back in the day, Bollywood’s Badshah SRK was in talks with Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio and ace filmmaker Martin Scorsese for 'Xtreme City.'
Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino is leaving no stone unturned to make sure he hits the right note with the fans with his upcoming film Once upon a time in Hollywood, featuring an ensemble cast, including the likes of Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.
The film is one of the most ambitious projects any Hollywood director has ever worked on and will showcase the golden era of Hollywood dating back to the late 1960s and early 1970s.

Interestingly, the Titanic actor also gave a glimpse of his co-star, Pitt, from the sets. Both the actors are sporting the typical 70s look in the picture with traditional leather and denim jackets which got famous back in the day.
The film is about a TV actor and his stunt double embarking on an odyssey to make a name for themselves in the film industry during the Charles Manson murders in 1969 in Los Angeles.
According to a report in HT, Tarantino has likened the film to arguably his most popular one, Pulp Fiction. Fans have also spotted street dressed to appear from the 60s.
The film also stars Margot Robbie, Al Pacino, Tim Roth, Burt Reynolds, Dakota Fanning and Emile Hirsch.
This will be the first time in his career when Tarantino will not be distributing the film with The Weinstein Brothers, after it filed for bankruptcy following the Harvey Weinstein scandal.
Once upon a time in Hollywood is set to release across the globe on August 9, 2019.
