Farhan Akhtar’s ‘120 Bahadur’ gets a release date
Farhan Akhtar’s '120 Bahadur' brings the heroic Battle of Rezang La to life. A tribute to courage and sacrifice, releasing in late 2025.
On Sunday, Farhan took to his official handle to share the X-ray of his injured hand.
“No pain, no gain” writes Farhan Akhtar as he suffers injury in his hand during the shoot of his forthcoming film Toofan, helmed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
The actor, who will be seen essaying the role of a boxer for the first time on-screen, is prepping up really hard to fit into the shoes of the character. For the same, he has been practicing boxing even before the film went on floors in August this year. But he has suffered a hairline fracture while shooting.

On Sunday, Farhan took to his official handle to share the X-ray of his injured hand and captioned it, “When nature plays Tetris .. and yup, that’s my first legit boxing injury .. a hairline fracture on the hamate (courtesy @kongkoul)found among the carpal bones of the hand (sic).”

Farhan has joined hands with Mehra after six years for Toofan in which he will be seen playing a boxer. The two last collaborated for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, a biopic on legendary athlete Milkha Singh.
Also starring Mrunal Thakur, Toofan is aiming for October 2, 2020 release.
