Veteran journalist S Jayachandran Nair passes away
Veteran journalist and writer S Jayachandran Nair passed away on Thursday in Bangaluru. He was 85.
Bollywood has lost another gem. The popular actor who featured in many popular films like Andaz Apna Apna, Lagaan, Ishq, Hum Hai Raahi Pyaar Ke among others, Javed Khan Amrohi passed away. The actor died on February 14, at the age of 50.
Amrohi was admitted to a nursing home where he breathed his last. As per a source close to the late actor, he was suffering from breathing problems and was bedridden for the past one year.

The actor was admitted to Surya Nursing Home. Both his lungs had failed. Today, at 6.30 pm, his funeral ceremony will be held at Oshiwara cemetery.

Javed Khan Amrohi started his acting career back in 1973. He starred in more than 155 films. Remember Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chak De! India? Well, Javed Khan Amrohi played the role of Sukhlalji in the movie who was the caretaker of the Indian Women Hockey’s team.
Javed also acted in serials like Shaktimaan, Ghar Jamai, Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi, and many more. His last performance on the big screen was Pakya in the 2020 film Sadak 2, which starred Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt. His demise comes as a huge loss to the film industry.
