Nayanthara expresses gratitude to SRK and Chiranjeevi for their support in her documentary
Amid her feud with Dhanush, Nayanthara thanks producers SRK, Gauri Khan, and Chiranjeevi for giving her an NOC without delay.

Ideas of remaking the film have been circulating for quite some time now. Dhanush has approached the makers of the film to acquire rights for a remake.
According to a BOI report, Dhanush is keen on remaking the film in Tamil. He is in the process of buying the rights to the film that he wants to produce.

In an interview, quoted by BOI, Dhanush stated “It’s a brilliant film and we have already started the process of acquiring the rights. It’s one of those thrillers which I wouldn’t mind remaking in Tamil.”
While Dhanush will be producing the film, as to who will play the titular character in it, no one knows. Once the deal is finalized more will be revealed about the cast.
On the work front, Dhanush’s international debut The Extraordinary Journey of The Fakir will hit theatres on June 21, 2019. He is also working on Vetrimaaran’s film, Asuran and an untitled film with Kodi director Durai Senthilkumar.
