Veteran actor David Hasselhoff says his age makes it harder for him to workout.

The 65-year-old actor says he now needs to take more rest days in between each fitness session, reports Contactmusic.

“I just go to the gym every second or third day. Every other day. If you get to be my age, it’s sometimes best to wait two days and that’s hard for me. I don’t like to do that,” says Hasselhoff.

“So if you’re going to do it, just know the first six weeks is going to be tough. After that its pretty damn easy.
