Superstar Prabhas is all set to make his Bollywood debut opposite Mohenjo Daro actor Pooja Hegde in an upcoming romantic period film.
After the success of Baahubali, filmmakers are very keen to cast Prabhas in their films, considering his powerhouse performances in both the films and his huge fan base, which will help in attract audiences to cinema houses.

Interestingly, the upcoming film also mark the Bollywood debut of Telugu director Radha Krishna Kumar as he will sit in the director’s chair for the upcoming multi-lingual film.

Prabhas, who will be next seen in the trilingual film Saaho opposite Shraddha Kapoor, is also looking forward to his Bollywood debut and if reports are to go by, the actor has got a few projects in his kitty.
On working with the Baahubali (Prabhas), Hegde told Mumbai Mirror, “Since Mohenjo Daro took two years to complete, people assume I’ve done a lot of work down South but I’m still a new entrant. I was intimidated by Hrithik since it was my first Hindi film but this time I’m more excited. I’ve only heard great things about Prabhas and his work ethics.”
Confirming his Bollywood debut to Bombay Times, Prabhas said, “I watch a lot of Hindi films; I live in Hyderabad, where 60 per cent of the people speak in Hindi. I am getting good offers from Bollywood; I had okayed a script three years ago. It is a love story that I will do post Saaho.”
According to a report in a leading daily, Pooja is expected to commence the shooting of the film by the end of June while Prabhas will be joining the team in July after the completion of his sci-fi action-thriller film Saaho.
