The first film in the Hera Pheri franchise was released in the year 2000. Directed by Priyadarshan, the film was a laugh riot and a big hit. Then came Phir Hera Pheri, under a new director Neeraj Vora, in 2006. It, however, made an average collection at the box office.
We will have to wait and watch if the trio manages to recreate the original magic in their third outing together.
