Recounting his experiences, Vivek shared how he grappled with budget constraints while filming. “I was shooting Saathiya. I used to be at the railway stations and sleep on the benches because we had no budget,” he recalled. The actor revealed the extent of the limitations, stating, “There was no makeup van. I had to go to restaurant toilets to change clothes.”

The demanding schedule added to the ordeal, with Vivek disclosing, “We had to shoot four-four scenes in a day. We were shooting 18-20 hours a day.” Despite the challenges, Vivek remained dedicated to his craft, even carrying equipment himself at times.

Reflecting on his journey from being relatively unknown to gaining recognition after the release of his debut film Company, Vivek shared how the dynamics changed on the sets of Saathiya. He recounted the sudden influx of attention, with people referring to him as “Chandu Bhai,” his character from Company.
The newfound fame came with its own set of challenges, as Vivek recalled leaving the shoot in a police van due to overwhelming crowds. Despite the increased security and his own makeup van post-release, Vivek emphasized that the struggle persisted. “Pretty much the same. I just had a few more security guards and my own makeup van. That was the change. Everything else was the same,” he remarked.
