Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor start filming ‘RC 16’ in Mysore
'RC 16' is a sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana, set in Uttarandhra. The film stars Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles, with Jagapathi Babu joining the cast in a key role.
The latest episode of ‘Koffee with Karan’ Season 8 featured Bollywood sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor on the ‘Koffee’ couch.
The episode, showcasing the charming banter between the siblings, unfolded with lighthearted amusement as they candidly shared insights into their lives. Host Karan Johar delved into the topic of coping with the profound loss of a parent with the Kapoor sisters.
Janhvi, despite being the younger sibling, revealed that it was Khushi Kapoor who provided solace during the difficult time.

Reflecting on that moment, Janhvi shared, “When I received the call, I was in my room, and I could hear Khushi crying from her room. I burst into her room crying, but as soon as she looked at me, she stopped crying. She sat next to me and comforted me. Since then, I have never seen her cry about it.”
Khushi acknowledged that it took her some time to process her mother Sridevi’s death. She confessed, “I felt like I had to hold it together for everyone because I’ve always been the strong one.”
Admitting to feeling initially bewildered, Khushi credited both Janhvi and their father, Boney Kapoor, for guiding her through those challenging times.
Janhvi also drew parallels between Khushi and Sridevi, noting, “She is a very quiet person, and I think that is one thing she has in common with Mumma. But in front of the camera, she just explodes.”
Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018, in Dubai, where she was attending a family function.
On the professional front, Janhvi is set to star in ‘Mr. and Mrs. Maahi’ alongside actor RajKummar Rao and the Pan-India film ‘Devara’ with Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan.
Khushi last appeared in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies.’ (ANI)”
