Just a month is left for the release of Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy-starrer Gold, and the audience is already giving a warm response to the film. Ever since the trailer was released, fans have been eagerly waiting for the film.
While the makers are all set to release the first song of the film on 6 Jule, a still from the song, Naino Ne Baandhi, was released on Thursday (July 5). The song that has Akshay romancing Mouni, who is making her Bollywood debut with Gold, has been sung by Yasser Desai and written by Arko.
Mouni plays the role of Akshay Kumar’s wife in the film and apart from them the film also casts Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Singh and Sunny Kaushal.

Gold traces the journey of a man dreaming to win independent India’s first Gold in hockey at the Olympics. The sports drama takes the audience back in time to witness the struggle of a team to make the nation proud.
India won its first Gold medal as an independent nation at the Olympics on the 12th of August, 1948. Celebrating this historic occasion, the makers are all set to release the film on 15 August this year.
Gold is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and helmed by Reema Kagti.
