Nargis Fakhri reveals how ‘Rockstar’ was a turning point in her life
On the 13th anniversary of her debut film “Rockstar”, Nargis Fakhri reflected on how the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer became a turning point in her career.
Alia Bhatt who is currently shooting in Bulgaria for Ayan Mukherji’s next Brahmastra, also starring Ranbir Kapoor. Both Alia and Ranbir have been preparing for the film for months. From learning action sequences to heavy training sessions, the two talented and dedicated actors have been working hard.
The female lead Alia Bhatt, who recently celebrated her 25th birthday working for the film, suffered a shoulder injury as she fell on the sets. A source revealed that “The team was shooting for a scene when Alia fell and hurt herself. She has injured her right shoulder and arm. There’s a clot in her arm, so she has been advised bed rest. She is in a lot of pain. Her right arm is bandaged and held up in a sling, so she can’t exert it or her shoulder for the next 15 days.”
Earlier, in a recent interview, Alia mentioned that “Our shoot has been very hectic, so, the cast and crew have been shooting non-stop.”

Brahmastra is a fantasy adventure trilogy which will bring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Amitabh Bachchan together for the first time. The film is slated to release on Independence Day, August 15, 2019.
