2025 is off to a good start for BIGBANG fans! G-Dragon made a smashing comeback with a few solo tracks in 2024. Going ahead, he is ready for a full-fledged comeback in February with a full-length album. On January 6, TenAsia reported that BIGBANG’s G-Dragon is gearing up to release his long-awaited full-length album next month.
Last year, G-Dragon dropped two pre-release tracks- ‘POWER’ on October 31 and ‘HOME SWEET HOME.’ The tracks also featured fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung, on November 22. Both tracks are likely to be included in the upcoming album. The slated album will mark his first full album since the iconic ‘COUP D’ETAT’ in 2012. The K-pop idol is going to make a full-blown comeback after 12 years.

Meanwhile, G-Dragon’s last full-length album, ‘COUP D’ETAT’ remains a career-defining move for his discography. The 12-track release featured quadruple title tracks. These included ‘Black’ (featuring BLACKPINK’s Jennie), ‘Who You?,’ ‘Crooked,’ and ‘Niliria.’ The album earned BIGBANG’s G-Dragon both critical and commercial success. Moreover, most of its tracks emerged as fan favourites still finding space in playlists.
