The popular face of TV, Mouni Roy, who will soon be making her debut in the film Gold, starring with Akshay Kumar took up the challenge to Instagram and captioned, “Yes, that’s a pad in my hand & that’s not something to be ashamed of. Meanwhile, the newly-married couple Aashka Goradia and Brent Goble, too, took up the Pad Man challenge. She posted an Instagram video and wrote, “Yes, that’s a pad in @ibrentgoble‘s favorite travel bag and that’s not something to be ashamed of. It’s natural. Period!

Pad Man is all set to release on February 9 in which Akshay Kumar plays the role of Arunachalam Muruganantham, the real-life hero and inventor of a low-cost sanitary pad-making machine who is credited for innovating grassroots mechanisms for generating awareness about traditional unhygienic practices around menstruation in rural India.
