Anjana Sukhani is all set to make her OTT debut with Viral Fever and ZEE5’s original show Saas Bahu Aachar Pvt. Ltd. The two giants have announced their first original together.
The upcoming series, which has been created by the TVF’s founder Arunabh Kumar and Apoorv Singh Karki, also stars Amruta Subhash, Anup Soni, and Yamini Das in major roles.

The coming of age story follows the life of a woman who finds her true calling in the world of business after getting divorced. Amruta will be playing the character named Suman, while the Haseen Dillruba actress Yamini will be seen as Suman’s mother-in-law and her biggest support system. Anup will essay on the role of a man named Dilip.

Talking about her OTT debut and challenges in OTT, actress Anjana Sukhani said, “Yes, like I said that it’s my debut in OTT. An actor’s job is to act so the process is internal & everything else is just frills, and fancy around us. But no, there was no difficulty at all.”
“The only thing is the platform changes from a big screen to an OTT platform but nothing else changes for an actor. I feel OTT has given an unbelievable amount of recognition and acknowledgment to actors who have waited in lines for a very long time to grab that attention. The reach of the OTT platform is way far beyond that of Cinema and I am nothing but grateful for that,” the actress further added.
Further explaining the script she added, “In the rut of so much crime & such dark shows coming in I think this is like a breath of fresh air, it’s just the simplicity of it that attracted the most. I am a huge fan of the director Apoorva Karti and TVF; they have churned beautiful, simple, and relatable shows on everyday life and this is just another gem in the crown. I am super happy & excited about my part in the show and my debut is with TVF & ZEE5.”
