Power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s wedding has been the talk of the town and with the post wedding functions still continuing, the hype is still on.
As the couple headed to Lake Como in Italy for their wedding in a private ceremony, speculations were at rife that Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor, who is related to Ranveer Singh’s family, is upset for not being invited.
Anil Kapoor is however totally amused as to how did this speculation even start. At the IFFI Goa recently, he said, “I don’t know where the news of me being upset with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone for not calling me came from. I am going to their reception on the 1st December and I am looking forward.”

Not just that, after the wedding pictures were revealed online, Anil had congratulated Ranveer and Deepika on social media. After Bengaluru reception, DeepVeer are set to throw another reception today (28 November). On Wednesday afternoon, designer Sabyasachi shared a video of what went into making Deepika’s lehenga and Ranveer’s sherwani. And it is quite visible that Deepika’s lehenga has been sketched and created by craftsmen.
All eyes are on Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s Mumbai wedding reception on December 1 at Grand Hyatt which is for the entertainment industry friends.
