Actor Allu Arjun, known for his roles in popular films like “Pushpa,” exercised his voting right in Hyderabad during the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections. Sporting a casual yet stylish look in a white t-shirt and black jeans, Arjun emphasized the significance of voting, declaring the day as pivotal for the next five years.

Addressing the media after casting his vote, Arjun urged citizens to fulfill their duty, highlighting that the outcomes of this election would shape the trajectory of the nation for the foreseeable future. He made it clear that he maintained neutrality towards any political party.

Simultaneously, polling commenced for 96 Parliamentary Constituencies across nine states and one Union Territory. This phase also marked the initiation of voting for all 175 seats of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and 28 seats of the Odisha Legislative Assembly.

A total of 4,264 nominations were filed for the 96 parliamentary constituencies. Among these, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Jammu and Kashmir contributed to the electoral process.

This phase witnessed significant contests in various constituencies, with prominent leaders such as Asaduddin Owaisi, Akhilesh Yadav, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Mahua Moitra, Giriraj Singh, Rajiv Ranjan Singh, Shatrughan Sinha, Yusuf Pathan, Arjun Munda, Madhavi Latha, and YS Sharmila vying for electoral success.

The preceding phases of the Lok Sabha polls concluded smoothly and peacefully in 283 Lok Sabha seats, reflecting the democratic spirit of the nation. As citizens continue to participate actively in the electoral process, the stage is set for the democratic exercise to shape the future course of the country.
