One of the most awaited films of the year, No Fathers in Kashmir will have its theatrical release on 5 April 2019, ahead of which a special screening was organised in Mumbai on Wednesday night.
The special screening was attended by many eminent stars from the film industry.

Soni Razdan, who has acted in the film among others, saw her family come out in support for the film that has had to fight a long battle to upturn a ban and get a favourable certification.
The entire Bhatt family was present, with Alia Bhatt stealing the limelight. Razdan is a half-Kashmiri — born to Kashmiri Pandit father Narendra Nath Razdan and German mother Gertrude Hoelzer — and the film is very close to her heart.
No Fathers in Kashmir has also been appreciated for its music that has an authentic Kashmiri feel to it.
Several established names from the film industry attended the film’s screening — from Kalki Koechlin, Rasika Dugal, Jim Sarbh, Priyanka Bose, Shibani Dandekar to Arjun Mathur and Ranveer Shorey among others.
After a long battle with the censor board, the film received the desired U/A certificate.
It is directed by Oscar nominated director Ashvin Kumar who is also making his acting debut with the film. Kumar’s film Little Terrorist had got an Oscar nomination in the shorts category.
No Fathers in Kashmir traces the love story of two 16-year-olds who are in search of their respective fathers who have gone missing in the Valley.
