The 65th National Film Awards held on Friday at PIB Conference Room, Shastri Bhawan, in New Delhi. The jury panel comprised 10 members headed by Shekhar Kapur.

The jury panel for the awards comprises, actress Gautami Tadimalla, Kannada director P Sheshadri, screenwriter Imtiaz Hussain, lyricist Mehboob, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Tripurari Sharma,  Ranjit Das, Rajesh Mapuskar, and Rumi Jaffrey.

The felicitating ceremony will be held on 3 May and awards will be presented by President Ram Nath Kovind.
