The BJP leader, who is the son of former Union finance minister Yashwant Sinha, said that the temple will be as grand as the Akshardham temple in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Sinha was attending the centenary celebrations of Ram Navami in the city.
According to reports, Sinha said that three sites have been selected for the temple which will be spread in an area of around 10 acres.
He said that the construction of the temple will be handled by a trust. It will have gardens, fountains and attractive sections showcasing the life of Lord Ram.
Besides educating the people about Lord Ram and his life, the temple will also showcase the Ram Navami tradition of Hazaribagh.
The minister said that the temple will help boost tourism in the region. He told the gathering that the Ram temple will come up in the next three years.
