It was supposed to be a casual dance on a song, but fate chose to go by the lyrics of the song. And, it was not a happy ending to a love song.
A visibly healthy and young man died on stage while dancing as ‘Teri baahon mein marr jayein hum…’ echoed in the background. A video has been making rounds on the social media, where the man can be seen dancing with a woman and then he suddenly collapses.
The couple from Barmer could be seen happily dancing on Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (DDLJ) song “Tujhe dekha to yeh jaana sanam…” on the stage. The man collapsed when ‘Teri baahon mein marr jayein hum…’ lines of the song were being played. Here is the video of the incident.

Everyone, including the woman with him, assumed it was part of the act. When the guy showed no motion for a while, the woman pulls him by his hand. The man didn’t show any sign of life even after repeated jolts. The man reportedly died of cardiac arrest.
