Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai alleged that electoral bonds are the biggest scam of the Central government.
“Through this (the electoral bonds), the Central government did business with companies, took bribes from them, indulged in money laundering, and extorted donations from them under the threat of the Enforcement Directorate (ED),” he alleged.

Talking to the media here on Friday, Rai said a part of the information from 2018 to 2019 has not yet been given in which 95 per cent of this money has gone to BJP. He demanded a white paper on the PM Care fund too.
Visibly happy on this occasion, the UP Congress chief released a poster of the Youth, Farmers, Women, and Tribal Justice Guarantee issued by the Central leadership. He said, “This is our resolution, and we will implement it after the INDIA bloc forms the government at the Centre.”
He asserted that the INDIA will form the government in the country.
On the announcement of Congress candidates for the Lok Sabha polls from Uttar Pradesh, he said the list would be released soon. On a question about seat-sharing arrangements among the INDIA members, he said, “We are takers, not givers.”
