CAQM revokes GRAP-IV restrictions as Delhi’s AQI improves

The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) in the National Capital Region (NCR) and adjoining areas revoked Stage IV restrictions under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) on Tuesday, following a notable decline in pollution levels.

Rain with chilly breeze in part of city brings down temperature

Delhi was hit by rain on a chilly day of winter on Thursday bringing the temperature further down. According to the Weather Department, the minimum temperature in the city settled at 9.9 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature stood at 20.8 degrees Celsius.

ED serves notice to Abhishek Banerjee, third in this month

Earlier on September 6, Banerjee appeared before the ED officials and he was interrogated for nine hours. The next day again he was asked to come to the office but Banerjee replied that it was impossible for him to appear because of his pre-scheduled political programs. The central agency again served a notice asking him to appear on September 21.
