In an attack on the AAP and the BJP, Delhi Congress President Devender Yadav alleged that both parties are creating false narratives, lies on schemes and indulging in blame games, accusing each other to divert people’s attention from their failures to influence voters ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in the national capital.

The woman from a village in Cuttack district had been gang-raped on 14 April. Though the local police followed the course of law in registering cases and nabbing the perpetrators of the crime, it failed to sensitize the victim and her family members to seek free legal assistance from legal service authorities.
The victim, a resident of Cuttack district, while returning to her house, was gagged in the mouth by a towel and she was forcibly taken away to the nearby school by a group of miscreants.
