“In an effort to minimise mishandling of funds, the payment under the scheme would be made only through bank accounts,” he said.
Unemployed youth eligible for the scheme will be given allowance of Rs.1,000 per month for a period of two years while those with minimum 50 per cent disabilities will get Rs.1,500.
The detailed information of the scheme has been made available on website http://admis.hp.nic.in/unemp for ready access to the information pertaining to the scheme.
The eligible youth can apply for allowance after filling up application forms and producing self certified declaration along with other required documents to the concerned employment office, he added.
