Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday said there was still no discussion in the party on giving any big responsibility to former chief minister and senior leader Prem Kumar Dhumal in party organisation.
The state BJP general secretary Ram Singh said there is lots of discussion in social media over Dhumal being given new responsibility, but as such the issue has not been discussed on party platform.

He lashed at Congress party for making false claims of working for the welfare of SC/ST/OBC, youth and women and said the party had even betrayed dalit icon Dr BR Ambedkar which was in contrast to the claims.
“Dr Ambedkar contested elections twice but the Congress party fielded candidates against him, resulting in his defeat in both polls,” he said, adding he was even ousted from Union Cabinet after appointing him as minister.
He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for launching various schemes for the welfare of poor and backward and said he had felt and spent childhood in poverty which results in his concern for them.
“There were several schemes which have benefitted the common man and it is the result of his connect with them,” he added.
Singh said Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur government’s is also following on the footsteps to ensure development of backward sections.
