Nine persons were killed and four injured on Thursday in a road accident in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnore district, police said.

The accident occurred when a bus rammed into a car on NH-74.

The victims comprise three women, three men and three children, the police added.

The injured are said to be in serious condition and were shifted to nearby hospitals.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Agra on Sunday to strategise investment promotion in the state and turn proposals into reality.
